Peer and family support services are delivered by a certified and trained professional for adults and families with severe psychiatric disabilities. These services are based upon the premise that and individual with a "lived experience" is uniquely able to contribute to the rehabilitation and recovery of a person needing services.
Community-Based Rehabilitation Services (CBRS) help individuals build daily living, communication, and coping skills to support greater independence and overall wellness.
Case Management helps individuals navigate resources, coordinate care, and connect with the support they need to reach their goals. Our case managers work alongside each person to identify needs, overcome barriers, advocate for their well-being, and build greater independence in their daily lives.
Our group programs provide opportunities to learn new skills, build connections, and grow alongside others with similar experiences. We offer a variety of groups designed to meet the needs of children, teens, and adults, with topics ranging from life skills and emotional regulation to relationship skills, substance use support, and personal growth.
Groups are facilitated by trained professionals in a supportive, welcoming environment where participants can learn, connect, and practice skills they can use in everyday life.
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services provide compassionate support, counseling, and recovery resources to help individuals build healthier lives and achieve lasting recovery. Currently, we are only providing SUD services to individuals established within our agency.
